In the port of Schaprode the fishermen daily empty their ships. Codfish, herring, turbot, wild salmon and garfish... Our cooks just cross the street and select the best of the catch for you.

A few rowboat strokes away lies the small Öhe island. It belongs to our family since centuries ago. On the salt meadows of the island our cows and sheeps enjoy the savory grass and the sea breeze. Their delicate meat is an essential part of our menu.
