History

Our Restaurant has a long tradition. Since the beginning of 19th century many, many guests visited the historic dining room or the sunny terrace with the nice view over the port and the Öhe island.

We are now the fourth family owing the restaurant and proudly giving our name to the business. The many pictures of famous guests on the walls in the bar and dining room show the popularity the restaurant enjoyed during the last 100 years.

The actress Asta Nielsen was here and writer Günther Grass too.
